WorkOne Franklin provides a wide variety of services through the Indiana Department of Workforce Development. WorkOne offers free assistance to both job seekers and employers.

Some of the basic services available for job seekers include: assistance with the unemployment application process, adult basic education, veteran services, youth programs, career exploration, potential funding for training, on-the-job training, workshops, resume and interviewing assistance and IndianaCareerConnect just to name a few.

For the employers, let WorkOne Franklin assists with recruitment; assessments, including WorkKeys, on-the-job training, Hire a Vet, federal bonding, screening and interview services; labor market information; job postings on IndianaCareerConnect and much more.

All services are at no cost to either the job seeker or employer.
