About Us

Garment Factory Events is a 1920's factory which used to produce underwear for women and men for over 50 years in downtown Franklin. The factory has recently been restored and renovated to house a state-of-the-art event center.

Are you planning a conference, banquet, business meeting, corporate event, fundraiser, wedding or private party? This versatile event space can accommodate an intimate gathering in their distinctive lounge or a larger party/conference of up to 500 people in their spacious main ballroom. Garment Factory Events also offers a full service catering kitchen, in-house caterer, fully stocked bar and your personal event specialist to assist with all of the details of your event from start to finish.
