Board Member

Brooke Worland is the Assistant Superintendent at Franklin Community Schools. Prior to joining the FCS team in 2019, Worland served as the Assistant Provost and Dean of Engaged Learning at Franklin College. During her eighteen years at Franklin College, Worland served in various roles focused on realizing and promoting engaging learning opportunities for students. Before her work at Franklin College, Worland was a math teacher and coach at Franklin Community High School.

Worland has a Bachelor’s degree from Franklin College and a Master’s from Indiana University. She also completed her Ed.D. at Indiana University. In 2016, Worland earned a Lean Six Sigma White Belt certification.

Worland lives in Franklin with her husband, Matt, and two children. Worland has cherished the community's commitment to collaboration and believes this commitment has made Franklin the best town in which to live, work, and play.
